The 20-year-old Chelsea who stands tall at 170cm hails from Tacloban City and is a student of Asian Developmental College pursuing Broadcasting. Chelsea has also been a part of many pageants like Reyna ng Aliwan 2018 and Miss Tacloban 2017 and was able to claim both the titles. Chelsea already seems to have won over many hearts with her exceptional performances in the preliminary competitions with winning a gold in the Evening Gown Competition and a silver at Darling of the Press. She is sure a front runner in the competition.
