Janielle Medina Fajardo representing Cavite is the official delegate of Miss Earth Philippines 2019. She works as a Medical Technologist. Through her participation, she wishes to voice out her ambition which is to advocate about proper waste disposal because until now, there are still a lot of people disobeying this law according to her. She stands 169 cm tall.
