Jobelle Lyra Pajanel representing Oriental Mindoro is the official delegate of Miss Earth Philippines 2019. Standing 171 cm tall, Jobelle is a youth volunteer. She previously held the title of Sulyog Festival Queen 2014. As the national winner, she wishes to help implement a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Through her advocacy, Jobelle wishes to educate people to be green and stay green, and to restore our planet through Reforestation.
The Filipina beauty is representing Coconut Bloom flower at the competition and has already mesmerised everyone with her exemplary performance. She is another strong contender for the title.
