Madilen Kellogg is an 18 year old from Layton, Utah, crowned in January 2018. She had taken part in the contest on several occasions before as well. She was the 1st Runner-Up 2017, 2nd Runner-Up 2016, and Semi-Finalist 2015.
She believes that, a true pageant queen should be beautiful inside and out, but also needs to be intelligent, kind, true to herself, and needs to have a passion for issues in the community and a drive to do what she can to solve them. She stands 178 cm tall.
