The grand finale of Miss Minnesota USA 2019 was held on 25th November 2018 at the Ames Centre, Minnesota. The conclusion of the event saw the crowning of Catherine Stanley as the new winner. She will be representing Minnesota in Miss USA 2019 to be held next year. If she wins the national competition, she will have earned the right to represent the United States in Miss Universe 2019 next year. Catherine succeeded Miss Minnesota USA 2018 Kalie Wright.
