Wabaiya Kariuki was crowned Miss Universe Kenya 2018 during the conclusion of the grand finale, which earned her the right to represent Kenya in Miss Universe 2018. She is 22 years of age and degree in Actuarial Science. Wabaiya is also working in a start-up insurance company called Mule Insurance Agency Limited.
Wabaiya is also a high fashion and commercial model. During her free time, she likes to sing, travel, listen to music, hang out with friends and watch movies. She is also a singer and teaches violin in a school in her area.
