Hnin Thway Yu (Age: 22 Years, Height: 168 cm) was crowned Miss Universe 2018 on 30th September 2018 at the Gandamar Grand Ballroom, Yangon. She is, therefore, representing Myanmar in Miss Universe 2018. She was crowned by Miss Universe Myanmar 2017 Zun Than Sin.
Hnin is a nursing science student and wants to make a career in the medical field to help those who cannot afford basic medicines. During her free time, she likes to cook Thai cuisines. Hnin wants to empower women and children in her life. She is fluent in Thai and Myanmar languages.
