Aisha Harumi Tochigi was crowned as the new Miss Universe Japan 2020 on 29th October 2020 in Tokyo. She succeeded Miss Universe Japan 2019 Ako Kamo for the title and will be representing Japan at Miss Universe 2020.
Aisha is of Ghanaian-Japanese heritage who has been volunteering in both countries for women’s rights along with working for the children in the community. She is not new to the world of pageantry as she had been a part of Miss Universe Japan 2019 where she was placed at the top 5. Aisha shows immense dedication and determination towards winning the title and representing Japan at Miss Universe 2020 stage.
