Rebeca Valentín is the official representative of Dorado in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019. The 24-year-old beauty queen has values from her family that have made her do volunteer work and help others in need. She is also the winner of Miss Teen World Puerto Rico title which will be an added bonus for her as she already has experience in pageant world. Rebeca is sure going to amaze everyone with her beauty and brains.
