Shaleyka Cristine Vélez Aviles is the official representative of Aguadilla in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019. She is a student of business administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla Campus. Always positive and happy, the gorgeous beauty likes to spread happiness around her too.
