A Sales Assistant by profession, Jessica describes herself as ‘positive, social and outgoing’. Born in Aarhus, she grew up in nearby town Skaering. She looks forward to travel the world and above all stay contented and healthy, before settling down and starting a family. Jessica loves to articulate herself artistically, whether it is through painting, decorating, or handicrafts. She also practices boxing, and says she is a rapid learner. When it comes to food, Jessica says she absolutely loves steak, something her country does well. Her favourite book is Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat Pray Love.
