The finale of Miss Universe Singapore 2022 was held on Monday, 17th October 2022 at the Alcove at Caldwell House where Carissa Yap was crowned the new queen. She bested nine other beauties to win the national crown. Carissa succeeds Miss Universe Singapore 2021 Nandita Banna. Carrisa is 22 years of age and a business student at the National University of Singapore. She will represent Singapore at the 71st Miss Universe which will be held on 14th January 2022 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
