Marta Magdalena Stępień was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2018 on 19th August 2018 where she represented South Ontario. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Canada 2017 Lauren Howe and will now represent Canada in Miss Universe 2018. The 24-year-old Marta is currently studying biomedical engineering technology studies and is working as an applied researcher and model.
Marta is not new to the pageant world as she placed 1st Runner-Up at Miss Universe Canada 2017where she went on to receive the title of Miss International Canada 2017, and competed at Miss International that year. Marta also represented Canada at Reinado Internacional del Café 2018 (Miss International Queen of Coffee) where she placed 1st Runner Up. There is no doubt that this beauty queen conquers whatever challenge she takes on.
