The Miss Earth Belgium organization announced Selena Ali as the new Miss Earth Belgium 2021 on 13th September, 2021 as Nisa, the former representative stepped down.
Hailing from Merksem, Antwerp, Selena is a freelance model and an applied psychology student. She also owns ‘Dolce Donna’, a retail shop for lingerie and fashion.
Talking about her advocacy, the queen says,“Standing up for animal rights, saving our wildlife and restoring their natural habitat. In short: actively supporting our ecological environment! And my main goal is taking care of Mother Earth by uniting forces and sending our message into the world. Therefor I actively support these charity organisations: Gaia, Greenpeace, WWF, kattenadvies, VOC, VZW chalet minou, click Antwerpen, mooimakers.”
