Samantha Mae Bernardo submitted her application on 15th March 2019 as she arrived at the BPCI office in a white dress and yellow heels. Looking absolutely gorgeous, Samantha has come back into the competition with more confidence and better knowledge.
At Binibining Pilipinas 2018, Samantha Mae Bernardo was adjudged the position of second runner-up. With her exotic Filipina features and a perfectly angled face, Samantha proved her worth in the pageantry last year as well. She also won the award of Reader’s Choice at the last year’s edition.
