Shane Quintana Tormes submitted her application on 12th March 2019 along with other Filipina beauties to try her luck again in the competition. With all her experience in the pageantry, Shane will definitely be strong competition for the other ladies is she gets selected this year.
At last year’s edition, Shane attained a spot in the Top 25. Along with that, she also won the Best in Talent and Miss Friendship award at the finale.
