Miss USA Deshauna Barber and Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere seem to be bonding really well these days. The two beauties are busy with the New York Fashion Week and their fashion quotient is on point. The two are soaking up every moment during the biggest year of their lives.
The two beauty queens expressed their excitement of being together and shared details about their fashion choices and more. The two were caught on the red carpet of the New York Fashion Week and talked about fashion risks, their favourite designers and what they're looking forward to in 2017.
When asked about taking fashion risks, Deshauna said that the NYFW is the only opportunity to step out of the pageant box in terms of wearing pageant appropriate. She also added that since she is not competing anymore at Miss Universe, she can wear whatever she likes.

On the other hand, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere had a totally different perspective on fashion. The French beauty likes simple things and her experience at NYFW is crazy, but she is enjoying it.
The two also picked their favourite designers who they would love to walk for at the NYFW. Deshauna picked Nicole Miller and said, “I wore Nicole Miller last September, and I was able to be there at her show, but everything she creates is literally heavenly. I love wearing her designs, and my stylist has a tendency to pull a lot of Nicole Miller styles. She's just classic, and I love the way that she mixes patterns together”. While Mittenaere’s choice is Dior. She said, “I love it -- it's just amazing. In Paris every year, I try to go but it's too difficult to get in! It's a very big dream of mine. I would love to see it one day in my life”.

The two beauties are roomies now and are enjoying every bit of it. Iris Mittenaere is also keeping up with her media tours and is busy fulfilling her duties as the reigning queen.
