At the grand slam finale of Miss Hrvatske 2016 (also known as Miss Croatia World 2016), Angelica Zacchigna has been crowned as the winner by the outgoing queen Maja Spahija. Angelica Zacchigna will now represent Croatia at the Miss World 2016 pageant slated to be held in Washington DC, USA later this year.
Miss Croatia World 2016 contestants worked hard all through their preliminary activity sessions, making the finale a grand show of panache. A total number of 15 contestants were selected to compete at the final night. All the 15 contestants went ahead to fight out the battle of the finale.

Neil Krisral, a young television presenter, actor and PR expert, welcomed all the 15 stunning participants on stage and wished them all the best after giving brief information about each aspirants. Later the finale was inflated by a series of musical performances by great artists.

The coronation night which took place on June 17’ 2016 at Crikvenica, Hotel Omorika was a gripping affair as the contestants sashayed the ramp in their respective national costumes, evening gowns and swimsuits. The juries closely monitored their walk, posture and personality before proclaiming the results.
At the same event, Lucija Radolovic was adjudged the first runner-up and Katarina Jurkin finished as the second runner-up. Subsequently,Ivana Knoll , who received 25 percent of the vote was also named as the Miss Media.
The coronation night further led to the announcement of the Top 5 finalists after a string of Preliminary Competitions -

Anaa Colic
The 5 finalists then went through the last and the major part of Preliminary Round, the question and answer round. The finalists were then evaluated on the basis of the Q&A round, based on which the winner and the runners-up were declared.
The list of prominent juries included - Tihana Harpin Zalepugin, Dr. Zoran Žgaljardic, Sinisa Kuzmanovic, Metalija Trans, Branka Atletic, Damir Luketic, Jadranka Pezo, Hrvoje Prahir, Nail Krisral, Ana Marija Simic, Ante Pavic, Zeljko Buric, Martin Mavrin, Marija Baricevic, Sanja Faber, Dino Karadole, D. Matic, Iva Loparic Kontek, May Vracaric.
