Filipina beauty queen Sandra Lemonon is over the moon as she just announced her engagement with PBA player Sol Mercado. However, her happy news does not end just here as she has also announced her pregnancy with her beau.
After announcing their engagement on 14th March 2022, the former beauty queen and the basketball player announced that they are also welcoming a baby soon. In her Instagram post, she posted, “Creating life together We love you Papi.”
In a separate post, Sandra also revealed that they're expecting a baby boy. The first-time mom posted, “Our baby boy. #KingZ I've always imagined myself having a little baby boy, for it to actually happen is a surreal feeling. @m3rcmywords you are an amazing life partner/friend & now Papa, thank you for another priceless gift in helping me become a Mama We love you.”
Sandra was a picture of happiness and health when she shared her life-changing news to the public. Fellow beauty queens also congratulated Sandra and Sol including Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray who posted, “Glowing goddess mamaaaa, so excited to be a tita.” Rachel Peters and Katarina Rodriguez also expressed their love for the couple.
Sandra joined Miss Universe Philippines 2020 and finished as part of the top 16 while Sol, a three-time basketball champion, left North Port Batang Pier in 2020 to join the Phoenix Fuel Masters. We wish heartiest congratulations to the newly engaged couple.
