21 year old Arah Salientes is Binibini 23 for Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant. She competed at the Miss World Philippines 2016 pageant and was one of the Top 12 finalists. She is confident and has a pageantry experience. Arah aspires to have a family of her own & have a business of her own, wherein she can be able to give back to others also.
