Meet Binibini 2, 24 year old Arienne Louise Braga Calingo. Arienne is a Georgetown University graduate. The beauty who stands 5'7", is more than just a pretty face who can do a perfect catwalk. Ariene speaks English, Modern Standard and Egyptian Arabic (colloquial), Spanish and Filipino.
Talking about her inclusion in the Top 4o finalists, Arienne says, “I am so excited to be a part of Binibining Pilipinas 2017! It is a great honor and I am so humbled to have been chosen out of 90+ women from around the country. As we have seen, the Philippines has so many admirable and accomplished pageant queens. One queen that I truly admire is Pia Wurtzbach because of her determination and perseverance. One of my favorite non‐Filipina queens is Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012. She is a beauty queen who proved that you really don’t need to be a certain height to make a positive difference in others’ lives. I look forward to continue being a spokeswoman to the youth.
