Binibini 4 is 25 year old Jessica Ramirez, who hails from Socorro, a rural mountainous town in Oriental Mindoro. The beauty has a strong support system consisting of her Aces & Queens camp, church group, workmates, family and relatives and all the people of Oriental Mindoro.
This is what Jessica has to say, after becoming one of the finalists of Bb Pilpinas 2017, “Being part of this year’s roster of Bb Pilipinas hopefuls made me realize the value of persistence and believing in the right timing. Being a candidate is a surreal experience. It will surely bring out the best in me. In itself, it is a self discovery!”
