After Covid-19 took over all across the globe in 2020, the pageantry almost coming to a halt. 2022 saw the return of international pageants being held across the world, finally. Miss Earth 2022, after hosting two virtual pageants, returned to Philippines. While Miss Universe 2022 and Miss World 2022, the two most loved and followed pageants are yet to be held, other international pageants were held with much fervor and excitement. Miss International 2022 was also held after the absence of two years.
