The 25th edition of Miss Tourism International, was held at RAIA Hotel on 25th November 2022 where Alysa Cook of USA was crowned Miss Tourism Cosmopolitan International 2022. On winning the crown, Alysa took to her official social media as she wrote, “Don’t want to open my eyes because it feels like I’m still dreaming. There are so many people to thank for their time, energy, and support. Too many to tag. I love you all so much and could have never gotten where I am today without you all. You know who you are, and just know I’m bringing this crown home to the United States for YOU. Thank you to Malaysia for your kindness and beauty. I’ll be back soon.”
