Natalia Romero was appointed Miss Earth Colombia 2020 on 23rd September 2020 and is representing the home country for the title of Miss Earth 2020.
The diva’s advocacy for the competition is about being aware of the problem we are currently experiencing at an environmental level as it is the first step to help global warming which the problem that most affects the world today. A few years ago, she started with a very interesting project at the local level at university, which contributes in a very significant way to achieve a sustainable lifestyle. It deals with the implementation of solar cells in public institutions, in urban and rural areas, it is called ECO-ENERGIA, where they seek alliances with local governments to promote the use of clean energies. The diva and her team have managed to implement several of these in different areas, counting on the joy of seeing happy families obtaining a service that are less expensive and that acts in favour of the planet.
