Samantha Panlilio of Cavite was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2021 at the coronation ceremony of Binibining Pilipinas 2021. Being a debutant, nobody could deny the sheer force that Samantha came with at the competition.
The 25-year-old entrepreneur is a graduate from the University of California Irvine which she completed in2017. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Computer Science which fits very well in her family's business ecosystem, related to real estate. Samantha’s advocacy has also left people intrigued as she wishes to advocate building sustainable community in rural areas.
