Representing Passi City, is 19-year-old Ann Roxal Palmares. She joined Miss Earth Philippines in order to influence she should be influential. To be Miss Philippines Earth 2018, is an instrument for her to influence people to be a catalyst of change, where one can share a vision to make this world a healthy place to live in even in a simple but collective way.
