Representing Dumaguete City, is 26-year-old Nathalie Louise Roxas. She joined Miss Earth Philippines because she believes in her advocacy and she believes that when you have the passion for something, that passion will drive you towards winning. She wants to be Miss Philippines Earth because she knows that she has a lot to offer and she wants to reach out to people on how, they, as a country can save mother earth, and be an inspiration to other countries around the world. She believes in herself and in her abilities as a person and she knows that she can win and be Miss Philippines Earth.
