Representing San Isidro, Davao Del Norte, is 21-year-old Myrell Martinez. She joined Miss Earth Philippines because she wants to call for unity in saving the planet through her advocacy. And not just that, winning the crown will bring pride to her province and also to her family. Her advocacy is “To promote the use of eco-friendly products to contribute to the sustainability of Philippines’ environment.” she chose this advocacy because when one chooses to use more environmentally safe products, one reduce pollution and contamination of the natural resources such as the air, water, and soil.
