Representing Taclban City, is 20-year-old Gabrielle Camille Basiano. She joined Miss Earth Philippines because she wants to become a catalyst of change in inspiring others, to use the best of her ability to encourage people to do small but significant actions that they can practice in their daily lives such as saving energy, reducing the use of plastic materials and be an eco friendly Filipino.
