23 year old Amritaa De Silva is Sri Lanka’s bet for the Miss World 2016. Standing at a height of 168cm, Amritaa is a part time teacher and a professional model. She describes herself as a compassionate, fun and loving person who loves to travel, cook or challenge myself. She abides by the motto, “Don’t follow the crowd, follow your heart, even if it means walking alone.”
