Jaci Patrick was crowned on 7th September 2019 at Harquail Theatre. She won the right to represent Cayman Islands in Miss World 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss World Cayman Islands 2018 Kelsie Bodden. From West Bay, Cayman Islands, Jaci studied at University College of the Cayman Islands. She gave a stunning performance at the national contest and bested four other delegates for the crown. She is a USF Alumna and represented Jacob Law at the national competition. The diva seems to be confident and will definitely leave a noteworthy mark in the competition.
