Tya Jane Ramey was crowned Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2019 16th June 2019 in San Fernando as she became the official delegate of Trinidad and Tobago at Miss World 2019. The 21-year-old beauty queen represented Five Rivers in the national contest. She holds a degree in Social Work with a Minor in Social Policy. Tya stands 180 cm tall and performed with absolute grace and perfection. She is a national athlete and a professional saxophonist. Last year, Ysabel represented Trinidad and Tobago in Miss World 2018 but unfortunately failed to win a place in the Top. Trinidad and Tobago hold one Miss World crown under its belt when Giselle Laronde was crowned in 1986. Let’s hope the best for the diva and we wish her all the luck for her international journey of Miss World 2019.
