Nagma Shrestha won the Miss Nepal Earth title at the Miss Nepal 2012 pageant and represented the country at the Miss Earth 2012 pageant. She became the first winner from Nepal to make it to the Top 8 finalists list at Miss Earth pageant. She also won the 3rd runner up in World Miss University 2016 in China. Aside from establishing herself as a true beauty queen, Nagma is also a producer and presenter of her new show Steps, a travel show. She is also the goodwill ambassador of Childreach Nepal and Ujayalo Foundation and is actively involved in social works.
