Miss South Africa organization, on 10th December 2020, appointed Natasha Joubert as Miss Universe South Africa 2020 to represent the country at Miss Universe 2020. Natasha sure has some huge shoes to fill, as she succeeds none other than Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi.

The 23-year-old Natasha hails from Centurion, Tshwane, Gauteng and is a Public Relations Officer at RFJ Inc. Attorneys and founder and owner of Natalia Jefferys (Pty) Ltd. She has a B.Com Marketing Management Graduate from Boston City Campus.

Not new to the pageantry, Natasha competed in Miss Globe 2016 where she represented her country with absolute sincerity and dedication. With her exemplary performance, Natasha was adjudged the fourth runner-up at the end of the event finale.

On her appointment and understanding the responsibility on her shoulders, Natasha quoted, “I feel incredibly honoured and humbled to walk in the footsteps of the women who came before me. They’ve left a clear open path to show to any South African woman that there is no ceiling to what she can dream and envision for her life.Their light has fueled me throughout this journey and I am so thankful. I am stepping forward in grace, believing that my representation on that stage will show that out future can be far more fruitful than our past. Ready to conquer the Universe.”
