Dr. Nisha Thayananthan was crowned Miss Earth Malaysia 2020/21 on 6th September 2020 at Magica Ball Room, Quill City Mall. Malaysia did not send a representative last year.
Dr. Nisha Thayananthan, a pageant veteran, is 27 years of age and hails from Negeri Sembilan. She is a full-time doctor at Hospital Putrajaya. No stranger to pageants, Nisha represented Malaysia few times at mini pageants and recently she was the Beauty & Purpose Award Winner at Miss World Malaysia 2019.
