Celine was crowned Miss Belgium 2020 on 12th January 2020 at the Plopsaland Theater in De Panne. The Miss Belgium organization announced her as the country’s representative for the international competition this year.
Celine is 24 years of age who was born in Herentals, Antwerp. She attended the University of Antwerp, where she received a Master in Law degree. Not new to the pageant world, Van Ouytsel began her pageantry career in 2015, placing as the second runner-up at Miss Antwerp 2016. She returned to pageantry four years later, when she competed in and won Miss Antwerp 2020.
The diva currently works as a TV presenter, model and a social media content creator. She is fluent in Dutch, French and English and hopes to become a published author and host her own Tv show someday.
