Miss Portuguesa 2021, the 2021 edition of the national pageant, held the finale on 11th September 2021 at the mythical Casino Estoril where Lidy Alves was crowned Miss Portuguesa 2021/ Miss World Portugal 2021. She succeeded Miss Portuguesa 2019 Ines Brusselmans for the title.
Lidy Alves represented Portuguese community in France at the national contest. Lidy was born in Montalegre, Portugal.
From Montalegre, she moved to Paris, France. Alves speaks Portuguese, French and Spanish. In 2019,she was crowned Miss Portuguesa França 2019 at Les Pyramides in e Port-Marly, France as she became the delegate of Miss Portuguesa 2021 and won the competition.
