Miss Earth 2007 was held on 11th November 2007 at the UP Theater in Quezon City, the Philippines where Venezuelan beauty Silvana Santaella Arellano represented her country Venezuela and fortunately, managed to secure her position as the 2nd runner-up in the finale.
Arenallo is a Venezuelan beauty who was born and brought up in Caracas, Venezuela. Prior to this victory of Arenallo, on 16th October 2003, Santaella competed in the national beauty pageant Miss Venezuela that took place on October 16, 2003, in Caracas, where she managed to secure her position as the 1st runner-up. She then won Miss Italia nel Mondo 2004. From this winning, she earned the right to spread her wings in other contest as well, where she was crowned Sambil Model / Miss Earth Venezuela 2007 on 7th June 2007 in Caracas and represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2007, in which she was crowned Miss Earth-Water as the 2nd runner-up. From this achievement, she made her country proud and added a name in the history of pageantry.
