Three gorgeous pageant sisters and friends are reuniting after two years to compete together in Miss Universe 2018. Miss Universe Philippines 2018 Catriona Gray, Miss Universe Denmark 2018 Helena Heuser and Miss Universe Sweden 2018 Emma Strandbergh will compete together again as they did in Miss World 2016.
Interestingly, while Catriona Gray made it to Top 5 in Miss World 2016, Helena and Emma unfortunately could not place in the Top 20. But competing in the coveted international pageants has not changed the friendship between these gorgeous ladies.
Helena Heuser took to her Instagram to show her appreciation and excitement as Catriona Gray was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2018 in March this year. She wrote, “Catriona Gray, you did it - you're going to represent your amazing country at Miss Universe 2018! You're one of the kindest people I have ever met, and I'm so lucky to call you my Miss-friend! For the first time in history, the same Filipina is going to represent the Philippines in Miss World and Miss Universe - you're making history! I'm now even more excited to see you in less than a month, before you're going to get that Universe crown on your head! I'm sending love ALLLL the way from Denmark, and I hope you will enjoy your first days as the reigning Miss Universe Philippines!” Little did she know back then that she will be joining her friend at this year’s Miss Universe pageant.
Emma Strandbergh also congratulated her pageant sister at her coronation with a sweet message, “Oh my god Cat! You did it!! Can’t believe you’re going to represent your beautiful country in Miss Universe 2018!! First World and now Universe! I’m so proud of you! Big, big congrats to your coming journey and your phenomenal success, can’t wait to celebrate you.”
The pageant lovers cannot wait to see these gorgeous ladies reunite in Bangkok, Thailand on 16th December 2018.
