Binibini No. 19 Kimberly Anne Tiquestiques is representing the province of Balagtas, Bulacan at the competition and her national costume is inspired by Flores de Mayo and is designed by Marvin Garcia.
The bamboo artwork used in the national costume is a traditional form of architecture that is now being used as a welcoming arch in festivities all over the Philippine archipelago. The Singkaban arch serves as an iconic emblem of Bulacan’s history, arts, culture, and tourism that massively speak about the Bulakenyo’s widely known culture of generosity and hospitality. The stunning costume is embellished with thousand flowers and crystal stones that epitomize the gigantic jewellery industry of Meycauayan.
