Binibini No. 20 Ana Thea Cenarosa is representing Pototan Iloilo at the competition and her national costume is Amakan which is designed by Gown & accessories by Jun-g Bayona Candelario.
The national costume is a culture-oriented inspired piece from a fused artistry of “amakan"; a hiligaynon word which is used to dry rice in the rural area of Pototan at the same time, honouring the annual Festival of Lights or popularly known as Iwag Festival. The fabric was cut into pieces and weaved, to create an "amakan.” The backpiece designed by Brent Naranja makes the costume look astonishing.
