She was crowned by the Venezuela’s Stefanía Fernández during the 59th finale of the renowned international beauty pageant, which was held at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on 23 August 2010. The 28 year old beauty queen currently works as a TV Host, Mexican actress, and model. She was the second Miss Universe winner from the country. She is known for her dual role as Marina Reverte and Magdalena Reverte in La Tempestad.
