Nellie Anjaratiana was appointed as the national queen on 17th July 2020 via a virtual coronation ceremony.
She currently works as an administrator and can speak Malagasy, French and English. She also enjoys dancing and swimming. The beautiful diva was born in Port Bergé but grew up abroad where she earned a license in life science at the University of Lorraine and a diploma in customer relations. She is 25-years-old and has a beautiful face, charming personality which can make the audience and the judges at the competition admire her more. She is strong, confident, and focused towards winning and especially since Madagascar is yet to win its first Miss World title.
The Miss Madagascar organization described her in a statement that read, “In addition to physical beauty, maturity and independence are her strengths. Her characters will help her get ahead of the other young Miss participating women. The fact that she is disciplined is also one of her best assets, not to mention her perfect command of foreign languages”. They lastly added that her contribution to the development of her native country lies in the fact that she is a member of the association Dera and Main tendue for Madagascar.
