Maria Farhad Salem was crowned as Miss Iraq 2021 as she became the first delegate to represent the country at the Miss World pageant.
Maria is a 20-years-old Assyrian beauty queen from Qaraqosh. She is an Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) survivor who is excited about taking over the crown duties as Miss Iraq 2021 and starting her preparations for the competition. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and works as a professional model too.
The diva has managed to work hard, stay dedicated, and earn herself a name and fame that she can be proud of. Maria is a beautiful, strong, and humble woman who is now looking forward to meeting the delegates of Miss World 2021 as it’s going to be the debut of the country with her performance.
