Namrata Shrestha was crowned Miss World Nepal 2020 on 5th December 2020 and became the official representative of her country at Miss World 2020. She succeeds Miss World Nepal 2019 Anushka Shrestha for the crown.
Namrata Shrestha performed with absolute sincerity and dedication at the national contest. This was her second try at the national competition as she participated in Miss Nepal 2016 and will be a strong contender at an international level as well. 24 years-old Namrate is currently studying for a Post Graduate Degree in Sociology and is working as a Kindergarden Teacher, one day she would like to open her own school.
