The Miss Universe Guatemala organization crowned Dannia Guevara Morfin as the highest representative of Guatemalan beauty, Miss Universe Guatemala 2021. The diva was appointed to represent the country at the upcoming Miss Universe 2021 pageant.
Hailing from San Marcos, Southwest Guatemala, Dannia is 24 years old and not new to the pageant world, Dannia was crowned Miss Grand Guatemala 2019 as she became the official representative of the country at Miss Grand International 2019. With her stellar performance, she ended up being placed in the Top 21.
Dannia is a law and notary student at university and has earned a scholarship to pursue a Master of Public Image and Strategic Planning for Media degree from Universidad Galileo. She was designated as Miss Grand Guatemala 2019 under the direction of the new organization chaired by Alex Orellana. Dannia was the first Guatemalan to qualify for Miss Grand International.
The diva is highly athletic and competitive by nature and enjoys practicing swimming, cycling, basketball, karate and dancing.
