Eva Psychee Patalinjug is a 23 years old nurse and a part-time model and stands tall at 170 cm. On March 18, 2018, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines, she was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2018 by her predecessor Elizabeth Durado Clenci, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2017.
She received her title after being adjudged a runner up at the coronation night of the Binibining Pilipinas 2018 pageant.
