The coronation night of Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 was a grand event and during the conclusion, Janiel Ela Estrella from Bactonan, La Union was crowned Miss Tourism Philippines 2018. She then went on and represented the Philippines in Miss Tourism Universe 2018, the finale of which was held on 24th September 2018.
Janiel is 19 years of age and this Filipina beauty is no stranger to the pageant world as she was second runner-up at Miss Barangay 2018. Even though Janiel did not win the international title of Miss Tourism Universe 2018, her performance at the finale was appreciated and she made it to the Top 16 finalists besides winning the special award for Best in National Costume.
