The organization of Miss Grand USA hosted the coronation ceremony for 2021 edition on 20th June 2021 in Rosemont, Illinois in the United States of America, where Madison Lynn Callaghan was crowned Miss Grand USA 2021. She will represent the United States of America at Miss Grand International 2021. Madison succeeds Miss Grand USA 2020 Abena Appiah, who is currently reigning as Miss Grand International 2020.

Miss Grand USA 2021 Madison Lynn Callaghan’s court included:

First runner-up: Taylor Gipson

Second runner-up: Gennesis Padron

Third runner-up: Sydney Rose

Fourth runner-up: Emily Argo

The contestants who competed for Miss Grand USA 2021 were Ashley Marie Sanchez, Bella Logins, Brianna Rea Lopez, Emily Rae Argo, Genesis Padron, Ileana Flores, Lizeth Morales Tena, Madison Callaghan, Miranda Contreras, Moazmah Gill, Nicole Monserrat, Nyakoach Lam, Ramya Kondaveeti, Sydney Salinas, Taylor Gipson, Tyler Prugh, Vanessa Guerrero and Viet Mi Nguyen.

The finale event was graced by none other than Miss Grand International 2020 Abena Appiah who represented USA at the 8th edition of Miss Grand International and won the crown for USA. Abena is not new to the pageantry world as she has previously represented Ghana at Miss Earth 2019 where she was placed at the Top 20 and was also the part of Miss Universe 2014. The diva won Miss Talent Ghana in 2012 and Top Model Ghana 2013 after which she represented Ghana in the Top Model of The World pageant held in Egypt.
